1. Digital Products & Services
All our offerings, including AI solutions, design services, and training content, are digital in nature.
  •   Once a service or digital product is delivered or accessed, it is non-refundable.
  •   If you face issues such as failed access, double charges, or non-delivery, please email info@papermoon.in within 3 days of the transaction.
2. Cancellations
  •   You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  •   Cancellations made later may not be eligible for refunds.
3. We Reserve the Right To
  •   Refuse a refund in cases of abuse, misuse, or policy violations.
  •   Cancel any order or session if we cannot fulfill it due to technical or business reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
